Technical Specifications

Mida LI220 is a high performance machine for special applications. A wild card capable of solving the problems of any labelling company. The machine can, for example:

Create multilayer labels , with a great tactile and visual effect, starting from two reels of labels even with different pitches, including peel & reveal, anti-counterfeiting and promotional labels;

It can be used to modify or monitoring the gap between the labels ; for example, you can produce labels on a rotary machine using existing printing cylinders, and then translate the labels with LI220 on a new liner, varying the gap. This allows you to complete the job in real time and without purchasing new cylinders;

It can place labels coming from different reels or printing technologies on the same liner , in a transversal or longitudinal direction;

Can replace damaged liner due to excessive die-cutting or embossing pressure;

It can create a combination of face label + adhesive base not available in the market, useful for application on special or irregularly shaped surfaces.

Can create labels with variable data , using inkjet modules (optional)
